Bob started his insurance career in 1980 working for Pioneer State Mutual as a Claims Adjuster.  In 1984 after his father’s death, Bob moved back to Ida and joined the agency in September 1984.  He is currently the President of Knabusch Insurance Services Inc.  He is actively involved in the State Association of Independent Agents (MAIA), serving on different committees.  He specializes in the Commercial Business sector as well as Group Health Benefits.

Laurie started with Knabusch Insurance Services Inc. in August of 1994.  She currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of Knabusch Insurance Services Inc. and is the Office Administrator for the agency.  Laurie is licensed agent and has received the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.  Laurie works as an assistant to Bob in the Commercial Insurance Market, handling the existing Commercial clients.

Ryan started with Knabusch Insurance Services Inc. in January of 2006.  He is a member of the following: Young Agents Council (YAC) of the Independent Agents Association (MAIA); Rotary Club in Monroe; Business Dynamics-Dundee; Home Builders Association Monroe County; and was elected to the Monroe Charter Township Board.  Ryan focuses on both the Commercial & Personal Insurance needs of his clients but specializes in working with Non-Profit Organizations.  He likes to work with the following client types: Public Entity, Social Service Organizations as well as traditional non-profit risks.

Julie started with Knabusch Insurance Services Inc. in June of 1992.  She is a Customer Service Representative for the agency responsible for handling Personal Line Clients – New Business, Renewals and Changes.  She is responsible for handling the first half of the alphabet – letters A thru L.

Vera started with Knabusch Insurance Services Inc. in April of 1999.  She is a Licensed Certified Insurance Service Representative for the agency responsible for handling Personal Line Clients – New Business, Renewals and Changes. She has attained the Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Professional Insurance Women (CPIW) designations.  She is responsible for handling the second half of the alphabet – letters M thru Z.

Bonnie started with Knabusch Insurance Services Inc. in August of 1994.  She is a Customer Service Representative responsible for all Claims within the agency.
